Missoula County supports HB 93: Eliminate weed seed free forage council. This bill would re-assign the duties of this council to the noxious weed advisory council, which exists under the state Department of Agriculture. Currently there is redundancy in the duties of these two councils. This bill will improve efficiency with Department of Agriculture regarding noxious weed issues in Montana.
