Missoula County supports HB 300: Revise tobacco, alternative nicotine, and vapor product laws, up for hearing on Friday, Feb. 3 at 8:30 a.m. in the House Business and Labor Committee.
Including nicotine products and vapor products under the definition of tobacco would aid in regulating these substances. This aligns with the County’s Tobacco Free Missoula program, which aims to educate the public on health issues related to tobacco, reduce youth initiation to tobacco products and other goals.
