Stalking is a challenging and dangerous crime. When there is stalking in a domestic violence relationship, the chance of lethal violence increases. It is also a crime made much easier to commit with the explosion of affordable tracking technology on the market. The proposed changes in the statute will help ensure the law stays up to date with the means available to commit the crime of stalking.
