Missoula County supports SB 391: Providing partial salary or light duty for injured county detention officers, up for second reading on the Senate floor this morning. Missoula County has the ability to provide light duty for injured detention officers, and we believe that if an officer is injured in the performance of their official job duties, we should make every attempt to help them recover.
